Barclays Self Skipping Ad

For Bob Partington’s Barclays “Self skipping Ad” campaign, Will Field created Pre-Viz concept drawings for us to realise a Rube Goldberg Style machine in under 1 week! We used existing elements found in various industries Barclays supports. The wood chipper used was fabricated from scratch using some existing components. Brought together with a CNC machined body, the individual components were laid out in the test stage at the workshop on a CNC machined plan view, drawn up using Pre-Viz to get the action as close to the animatic as possible. The whole ad was pretty much shot in one take.
