The Brave

For this NBC pilot we created a military Transmitter/Receiver and a Jamming unit. The bodies of the units were made using an SLA machine that produces parts in 0.1mm steps, which results in very accurate and smooth surfaces. We also CNC machined parts in metal and acrylic which also are very accurate and fit perfectly into the SLA Bodies. The transmitter was fitted with a mini laptop and an oscilloscope that was voice activated. The units were spray painted to finish then graphics applied. To complete the realism we sourced authentic components and built them into the units.
